All apartments include stove, refrigerator, and garbage disposal. All apartments have central air conditioning. Trash dumpsters are located conveniently on the property. Coin operated laundry facilities in every building some on every floor. Covered parking space is available for a majority of the apartments. A security camera system is installed on the property with intercom system for each secured building. Roselawn Apartments are located within walking distances to the mall, grocery stores, and bank. Our four story building tenants have a elevator for their convenience. There is also public transportation available. Our maintenance staff is very well trained and knowledgeable with certified air conditioning tech, plumber, and trained heating staff. Our maintenance staff is available Monday thru Friday with on-call after hour maintenance for emergencies and those occasional lockouts. The office is open Monday thru Friday from 9am to 2pm. .
